Merchandise in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment and it is deemed irreplaceable by the manufacture. PLEASE NOTE* all garments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to insure the item is in perfect condition. For any fault queries TOGAH BOUTIQUE must be notified within 24hrs of upon receiving your order. This policy is non-negotiable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. For International purchases you have 7 days to notify and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original shoebox. 

PLEASE NOTE: All markdown items and accessories eg. earrings are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Togah Boutique take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied. 

Credits will be provided for exchanges via a Credit Voucher code which will be issued once return has been approved for credit. This voucher code is redeemable for 6 months after issue on the E-Boutique. 

Togah Boutique reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. 

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.  

Purchasing an 'incorrect size' or being unhappy with the fit is not considered a manufacturing fault and a refund will not be approved on this basis. Our regular return policy will apply for returns of this nature.

Orders received before 3pm AEST will be delivered the following business day in most cases. 

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For your security we do NOT store your credit card details on our website. All transactions are processed via eWAY or PayPal (depending on your selection during checkout) so you can rest assured that your credit card details are safe. Our store’s online checkout process is secured via a Bank level security SSL certificate. This means you are able to purchase with confidence, knowing your data is transmitted safely and securely every time.  

Due to the nature of our business, at times it is necessary to obtain personal information in order for us to provide you with services. We will notify you of the purpose at the time of collection and through the course of business dealings with you.

We use the information to customise our services and plan product development, so that we can provide you with relevant consumer information and notify you of products and special offers that may be of interest to you.

How to return/exchange

Upon receiving the package, you will need to notify us within 24hrs of your purchase delivery. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with the Returns Form and the invoice that comes with your purchase. 

Please email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please indicate the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or a credit note.
